Burlingame Oak Grove Manor and Burlingables Neighborhood Report

The areas surrounding Washington Park and Burlingame High School, running from Burlingame Avenue over to Oak Grove  up Rollins Road to BHS, is called Burlingables and Oak Grove Manor.  It’s one of my favorite neighborhoods in all of Burlingame.  Tree lined streets, cute little houses with loads of curb appeal and those that have generally had very well thought out additions makes this a sought after area.  Prices have come down a bit with the smaller homes but maintained their heights with the homes that have had additions adding sought after square footage.  Two streets command some pretty high prices, Concord and Vernon as they run right into the park.
